How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days across Canada. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate applied at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer worry-free 30-day returns on all items. If you're not completely satisfied, simply return the item in its original condition and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How do I start a return?

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Our sizing is consistent across the Westhaven Essentials line, so once you know your size in one item, you can confidently order the same across the collection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and all major credit cards. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Where is Westhaven Toronto based?
We are a Canadian-owned brand based in Toronto, Ontario. Founded in 2013, we've been serving customers across Canada for over a decade.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at support@westhaventoronto.com if you need to make a change.
